Hello, I would like to suggest a new inspirational woman to add to this blog. I work with a lady called Dee Caffari, she used to be a PE teacher and following the death of her father decided to change the direction of her life.
In 2006 she took on a world first - to become the only woman in history to sail solo non-stop around the world 'the wrong way' round. She completed this challenge and sailed into the record books. She is now pushing her boundaries further by attempting to become the first woman to sail both ways around the world solo and non-stop. She is setting sail in 2 half weeks time and would love some support. It's possible to send her messages that will be sent directly to her boat at www.avivaoceanracing.com
